Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Flopline app (the "App"). By using the App you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

What the App is

Flopline is a calculator and study tool for poker: it estimates equity, odds and statistics for situations you enter. It is not a gambling service. It doesn't offer real-money games, bets or prizes, and it doesn't connect to any poker room or casino.

Study use only

Use the App to learn and to review hands after play. Many online poker rooms and casinos prohibit calculators and any other assistance during a hand, and some laws restrict electronic devices at gaming tables. You are responsible for following the rules of every game, room or venue where you play and the laws that apply to you. Don't use the App during a hand where this is not allowed.

Age

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use the App.

Accuracy

Results are calculated exactly where possible and by Monte Carlo simulation otherwise, so some numbers are estimates. The App is for information and education only. It is not financial, gambling or professional advice and does not guarantee any result at the table. Your decisions are your own.

No warranty

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise that it is error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any losses, including money lost in games, arising from your use of the App or your inability to use it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Flopline Pro

Flopline Pro is an optional one-time in-app purchase that unlocks the Pro tools listed in the app. It is sold by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play): the price is shown before you buy, and payment, refunds and Family Sharing follow the store's rules. Pro belongs to your store account, so you can restore it on your other devices with the same account (iOS and Android are separate stores). Pro includes the Pro tools we add later. Features that are free will stay free.

On Mac, everything is free: the Mac app, downloaded from flopline.com, includes every Pro tool and there is nothing to buy in it.

License and ownership

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, in line with the rules of the App Store or Google Play. The App, its design and its name belong to the developer, Mikita Haurylovich. Open-source components are used under their own licenses (see Settings → Open-source licenses). You may not copy, resell or redistribute the App, or use it to provide a commercial service to others.

App stores

If you downloaded the App from Apple's App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or its support.

Changes

We may update the App and these terms. The current version is always available in the App. You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it.
